Before you continue, we want to be clear about what this blog is, and what it isn’t.
This site is about social nudity, also known as naturism or nudism. Social nudity is simply people choosing to be nude in appropriate, respectful settings such as beaches, resorts or outdoor spaces where nudity is permitted and expected. It is not sexual. It is not a lifestyle focused on sex, exhibitionism or swinging. If that’s what you’re looking for then please leave now. It is about comfort, freedom, relaxation and being present — often in nature and as a couple. It’s been wonderful for us, which is why we want to help educate other couples to what social nudity is all about.
Throughout this blog, you may see real photos of real people, including us, in clothing-optional environments. These images show normal, unposed bodies in everyday situations such as walking, sitting, swimming or relaxing. Nothing here is suggestive or intended to arouse. We share these images because many people have never actually seen what social nudity looks like and imagination often fills that gap with misinformation.

If social nudity isn’t for you, that’s perfectly okay. Our goal has never been to convince anyone. Only to educate, normalize and remove fear and misinformation so people can make their own informed choices.
